My graduation announcement
After working with my wonderful supervision clients for a number of months, I am pleased to say I have now graduated as a certified eating disorder recovery coach! Check out the Carolyn Costin Instituteās facebook page for the official announcement.
āIt wasnāt until the birth of my second child who was born with a rare condition affecting his oesophagus that prompted me to change my career. I was suddenly exposed again to strict food rules, sickness and doctorsā appointments, albeit for very different reasons. I decided to study to become a coach and help people struggling with their own food challenges, in accepting their bodies as they are built, and challenging any unhelpful thoughts or behaviours that come from being in a society focussed on food and body shape.ā
I will never be shy about sharing my personal recovery story and Iām grateful every day for the opportunity to help others in their own journey.
